**Deposit and Cancelation Policy**
- A non-refundable $25 deposit/fee and credit card number are needed for each site to guarentee the reservation prior to arrival. Golf Cart Rentals will also need a separate non-refundable $25 deposit/fee
- You can cancel anytime and the deposit will be held for future reservations, within the current year. After the current year, the deposit will turn into a non-refundable fee and expire. If there is a no show, you will forfeit the deposit and any other payments you have made on the site. Any online booking fees or credit card fees will not be refunded. All Deposits/Fees will expire at the end of the current year.
- Due to a 3rd party online reservation software, there is a credit card charge for any cards used online or in person. Local Checks and Cash are accepted in person
